Important Booking Information & Terms

Gas Safety Check

The advertised price includes inspection of up to 3 domestic gas appliances.
Any additional appliances will be charged at £65 + VAT per appliance.

Boiler Service

A boiler service is a routine maintenance check only and does not include fault-finding or repairs.
The boiler must be fully operational at the time of the visit in order for a service to be completed.
If a service cannot be completed due to the condition of the appliance, the visit will remain chargeable.

Access & Attendance

Clear and safe access to the appliance and work area must be provided at the time of the appointment.
If access is restricted, unavailable, or the engineer is unable to carry out the booked service, the visit will remain chargeable.

Parking & Local Charges

All parking, congestion and any other vehicle charges are inclusive of the price. There are no additional or hidden charges all is covered within the hourly rate as stated.

Parts & Additional Works

Parts, materials, and any additional works are not included unless explicitly stated.
Any further work required will be quoted separately and must be approved before proceeding.

Safety & Legal Compliance

If an appliance is found to be unsafe, we are legally required to take appropriate action in accordance with Gas Safe regulations, which may include isolation or disconnection of the appliance.

Utilities Availability

Gas, electricity, and water supplies must be available at the time of the appointment. If utilities are unavailable, the visit will remain chargeable.

Time Charging

The first hour is charged at the full hourly rate.
Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments at half the hourly rate.
If parts are required which must be collected, we charge up to 30 minutes travel time at our normal rate.
