We called Daniel at around 10pm on a weekday as we discovered a pipe burst in the cellar, which was getting slowly flooded. Daniel showed up just 30mins later and repaired the leak, explained the reasons and cleared the water leaked into the basement. He needed to also come again to install a new piece and given the urgency he was able to accommodate and sort it out next day in the morning. In addition, he was polite and clean.
